Hale’s is such an amazing place! My fiancé and I went ring shopping a few months ago with the help of Russ. He was so educated and really made the experience fun and stress-free. Then, he helped my fiancé design my ring and helped guide him through that process as well, which took multiple meetings to discuss the status of the ring. I could not have imagined a more perfect engagement ring, and I know my fiancé couldn’t have done it without Russ! We can’t wait to go back and shop for our bands. Thank you so much!
