Visited the store last Thursday as my watch battery had died. Received fantastic service. While I was there I asked the lady to please check my 3 rings as I noticed I was picking up loose threads and lint in one set of prongs. Glad I had this check done because one ring had problems. The prongs were weak at both the top and bottom and I was told if I got it caught on something I could lose the diamond.
