I have been shopping with Hale's since the early '8o's and they have never disappointed. I got my daughter's birth announcements engraved there, and her husband got her engagement ring there. Many beautiful things in between! You get your saleperson's (Hi, Shannon!) full attention until you are completely satisfied. I depend on Hale's for the quality service they so willingly supply.

My experience with Tara from Hale's was honestly perfect. I was looking for an engagement ring, had narrowed the options down some and done some research, but Tara helped walk me through the decision. She took great care to pay attention to what I was thinking, was really nice, patient with all my questions, informative and mixed in just the right amount of advice.
