I cannot say enough good things about Mountz. I work with Karin at the Jonestown Road location in Harrisburg and absolutely love her. She took the time to get to know my fiancé and I as a whole and was very patient with me as I tried on practically every style of engagement ring on the market. She understood what I liked about each ring and recommended the most ideal rings for me! The one option I loved didn’t have a 6 prong setting (I was very picky) so she worked with their designer to get rendered images made up of how they could customize my ring. I left providing my fiancé with 2 rings options and he ended up choosing the custom piece! It is stunning. I have since sent 2 other couples her way and she has helped them find their perfect engagement rings as well. I cannot say enough good things about Mountz and Karin! 10/10 would recommend visiting to get treated like family! Oh, and their massive selection is unmatched compared to other places in the area. You’re bound to find something that you absolutely love! I can’t wait to go back to pick out a wedding band for my fiancé. Thank you Mountz and Karin for all your support and amazing customer service.

We can't say enough good things about Mountz Jewelers! Julie was the main person we worked with and she is absolutely amazing! She helped my husband pick out the most beautiful engagement ring. Then when it came time to pick out our wedding bands, she went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. She also always knows who we are whenever we come into the store. It just makes us feel so special! She is a treat and Mountz is lucky to have her working for them!
